OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Simple. No exceptions beyond what's listed below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Sale or purchased during a promotional event
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned outside the 14-day window

EXCHANGES
Want a different size or colour? We've got you.
Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
To request an exchange, contact us at hello@unxage.com with your order number and the item you'd like in return.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at hello@unxage.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for return
Step 2 — Await Confirmation
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and the return address.
Step 3 — Ship It Back
Pack your item securely and ship it using a trackable courier. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
Step 4 — Refund or Exchange Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
UAE Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
International Returns
International return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — UNXAGE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
